2.1. Planning and Costing

2.1.1. A project always begins with an idea focusing on target users. Identify how you will set the content. Estimate the time you'll need to do all the elements and then prepare a budget. Work up a shot prototype or proof of concept, to demonstrate whether or not your idea is feasible.

2.2. Designing and Producing

2.2.1. Perform each of the planned tasks to create a finished product.

2.3. Testing

2.3.1. Test your programs to make sure that they meet the objectives of your project.

2.3.1.1. Alpha Testing: Performed to identify all possible issues before releasing the product to everyday users or public and usually the testers are internal employees of the organization.

2.3.1.2. Beta Testing: Beta Testing of a product is performed by "real users" of the software application in a "real environment". It is the final test before shipping a product to the customers.

2.4. Delivering

2.4.1. Package and deliver the project to the end user.
