CM-1363 AS/400 -- New IVR -- Emailing Of QR (Grades) Report From IVR

1. Steps: Enter student no. > Confirm student no. > Confirm name of student > Attach phone no. (if not attached)> Go to option 3 for recent grades > Go to option 1(date wise grades) or 2(all grades) > option 1 : to get email copy
1.1. Case1: Student is calling from different phone number from which is mentioned in Student data
1.1.1. Pressing option 1 : to get email copy, system confirms the email id
1.1.1.1. System generates the the QR Grade Reports & send it to the email that student has confirmed
1.2. Case2: Student is calling from same phone number from which is mentioned in Student data
1.2.1. Pressing option 1 : to get email copy, system confirms the email id
1.2.1.1. System generates the the QR Grade Reports & send it to the email that student has confirmed
