1. I need to show my excitement when presenting to other PYP educators and workshop participants and I would like to be a positive role model to impart the information regarding the PYP Enhancements so that others see the positive developments as well.

2. There is a greater emphasis on pedagogical approaches and using tools to develop deeper understanding such as design thinking, case studies, scenarios, project based learning.

7.3.1. There is a greater emphasis on agency so this is a positive move that ensures that workshop participants have a stronger choice and voice- however this needs to be balanced alongside the timing of the workshop/ pace/ and content or conceptual understandings that need to be unpacked within the workshop timing.

7.4. How can I further cultivate agency (voice, choice, ownership) among members of the PYP community?

7.4.1. I can build in more reflection prompts into my workshops and use the self directed inquiry icons for the PYP members to explore, connect, create, reflect, and provide evidence
