14. Adjustable lighting for ambience in certain areas - e.g soft seating area - inspirational setting.

15. Under its own 'My Incubator' brand - causing confusion to clients - too many brands.

15.1. To be branded under the 'Wenta' brand or 'btc brand' (Stevenage) for simplification.

16. Lack of community networking opportunities - demise of enterprise clubs, lack of space and parking in some hubs to host events.

16.1. Increased networking opportunities to be introduced - both in-person (networking events with special guests) and online (utilising the new Wenta Online community portal) - Groups to be set up for our shared workspace facilities and members to be informed of this when joining.

17. Target market: Pre-starts and start-ups only.

17.1. Pre-starts, start-ups and also those generally needing flexible workspace - creating further opportunities within our shared workspace facilities. Should lead to increased footfall also.

18. Workspace offered is too corporate - environment has an 'old' feel with clunky PCs, large desks that are unneccesary and limited storage space

18.1. Revamped workspace - smaller desks, trendier feel, furniture to offer 2-in-1 solutions e.g cabinet space with storage for coats etc. 'Home away from Home' feel to be introduced - warm and cosy community but minimal apparatus. Practical solutions.

19. Plug ports - messy.

19.1. Cable covers to be invested in.

20. Large desks - taking up most of the available space. Limited soft-seating areas and space for networking or re-charging.

20.1. Smaller desks to be introduced, soft seating areas to be created and 'chill-out'/'re-charge' areas.

22. All sites need to be near good transport links, situated in a central location for footfall or offer free parking facilities in order to be used regularly.
