1. 1. It is the Central Government Act, Article 14 in the Constitution of India 1949.
2. 2. Article 14 states Equality before Law.
3. 3. The state shall not deny to any person equality before or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.
4. 4. Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.
