Berdan's Great Mechado Taste

1. How to cook Mechado?
2. Add the tomato sauce. simmer for few minutes then add the soup stock. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce and vegetables. cook until sauce becomes thick.
4. Serve with hot steamed rice. Enjoy!
5. Pan fry the potatoes, carrots and bell pepper. Remove the vegetable from the pan then set aside.
6. In the same pan, stir fry garlic and onion.
7. Add the boiled beef and fish sauce. Cook for 5 minutes
8. * Boil beef in water until tender. Set aside the beef. Reserve 2 cups of soup.
9. INGREDIENTS
10. *1 1/2 lbs beef chunks
11. 3 medium potatoes, chunks
12. 2 medium carrots, chunks
13. 1 red ball pepper, chunks
14. 1 medium size onion, minced
15. 3 cloves garlic, minced
16. 1 small can tomato sauce
17. 1 tbsp soy sauce
18. 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
19. cooking oil
20. 2 cups soup stock
21. Salt to taste
