1. Cress works for Queen Levana (she's the "royal hacker")
1.1. She and thorne crash landed on to earth and are now on staranded in a desert on Earth trying to find help.
2. Cinder, Thorne, Scarlet, and Wolf are all aboard the Rampion trying to find out what to do about Queen Levana.
2.1. cinder and wolf are the only ones left because Scarlet was kidnapped and throne is on earth, but they also believe he's dead. a royal Lunar gaud is helping them to earth to find help for Wofl because he is suvierly injured.
3. Emperor Kai is trying to get Queen Levana to agree to his peace alience, which is the marrige alience.
3.1. He has had multiple "meetings" with the other world leaders about said alience. The Queen of the UK and governor -General of Australia has suggested a war since there are multiple Lunar ships surrounding Earth.
