1. Character Traits and Summary: In this book, Snout is smart. Not too smart as he is just a commoner, but he thinks about the things like if the moon will shine or who would be a wall. In the play he was a wall and Pyramus' father.

2. Snug

2.1. Snug is obedient, kind, and caring. He played the lion in the play "Pyramus and Thisbe.

3. Flute

3.1. Character Traits and Summary: Flute was a concerned, funny, and exasperated. Flute was an actor in the play about Pyramus and Thisbe. He was Thisbe, but he didn't want to be her because he was growing a beard.

4. Quince

4.1. Character Traits and Summary: He is a leader, responsible, and hopeful. Peter Quince was a director for the play about Pyramus and Thisbe. He has high hopes and will do anything to reach them such as training his group to perform in front of the duke.

5. Bottom

5.1. Character Traits and Summary: Bottom is selfish, braggy, and determined. He was an actor in the play about Pyramus and Thisbe. He wanted to be every single role because he thought he was the best. While he was with his team in the woods, Puck turned his head into a donkey head. Titania fell in love with him, and he enjoyed it. He performed as Pyramus in the play presented to the Duke.
