1. I personally have been through a lot of physical , mental and sexual abuse but i'm standing here today.

2. Have you ever said to yourself this is not how I want to live it and this is not who I want to be, or maybe you are content with your current situation and love yourself for who you are.

3. Have you ever grasped life by the handle?

4. Everyone in this room has been through something , That’s right look around each and individual one of you have been through something and you may not have realized how strong you are for making it through it .

5. Your life is your choice , Live it for today . What you do today is what you do for tomorrow. Everyday is a new day so it may be a bad day but not a bad life.

6. For me to be able to tell my story and not feel ashamed took along time , I use to be afraid because nobody really understood or would bully me for it.
