1. Mission: CPAN’s mission is to eliminate the effects of child poverty in a manner that is empowering and inclusive. CPAN work towards this goal by providing practical assistance, advocacy and educative.

2. CPAN services children and youth throughout the Renfrew County including the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nations. All local children, regardless of financial status, deserves a good start when they begin the school year.

3. The Tools for School Program is to make sure that the students can have all basic school supplies, a decent backpack and a decent pair of shoes so that they can start school.

4. Operation Snowsuit Program goal is to provide a good and decent outdoor winter wear that will enable all children to participate in all outdoor activities regardless of family's financial status.

5. Harmony for Renfrew County allows youths 12-18 years of age to participate in various cultural activities using a Pay-It-Forward Model. There are no financial costs but students are to pay the tuition forward by doing meaningful volunteerism in their community.

6. Services and programs can be accessed by parents/guardians calling CPAN themselves talking to the coordinator. Families can also be referred to them by schools, teachers, Family Children Services, and any other support group that may be involved with the family.
