3.1. This organization provides their services for student who have recently graduated from high school. I realize that it may not be as helpful for teachers and parents of younger children, but I do think it is quite relevant following the transitions e-tivity. Some of my peers from high school went on to this organization after high school and lead very "normal," productive, and fulfilling adult lives.

4. Community Based Program

4.1. The ABLE Network relies on local business that are interested in supporting the participants.

4.2. A gradual release of responsibility, model of support, is used to assist participants.

4.3. Program facilitators monitor and adjust the amount of support participants need on an on-going basis.

5. Provides access for adults with disabilities, to better living.
