1. REASONS - MOTIVES
1.1. We can point to motives ranging from more elementary impulses, suchn as hunger, sleep; To the most complicated and complex, such as the impulse or desire to be an engineer in telecommunications, alpinist, carpenter, teacher, etcetera.
2. A number of factors can modify the effects of motivation:
2.1. • Aptitude • Commitment • Delay of gratification • Enthusiasm • Fear of success • Intention • Motivation training • Persistence • Planned behavior • Preference • Procrastination • Temptation
3. What is motivation?
3.1. It is a combination of: - Intellectual processes - Physiological processes and - Psychological Processes

4.1. ❖A body condition (obesity, low blood sugar levels, dehydration ..). ❖A sign of the environment (poster of "rebates": Two for the price of one), a thought or a belief. ❖A feeling, like loneliness, guilt or anger, ......
5. Types of motivation
5.1. -Intrinsic motivation is when people engage in an activity, without obvious external incentives, such as a hobby. - Extrinsic motivation is when people engage in an activity for external rewards and monetary incentives
