7. 1. Pre-observation Conference: A time for the teacher to orally describe their upcoming lesson to the evaluating administrator and for the elevator to ask questions for clarification.

8. 4. Conference: A time for the teacher to examine their teaching and how the lesson went with an open mind and for the administrator to help clarify and build upon the teacher's understanding of the behaviors and events that occurred in the classroom throughout the lesson.

9. 5. Post-conference Analysis: A time for the teacher to feedback to the administrator on how the process went and a time for the administrator to reflect on their performance throughout the process.

10. 2. Classroom Observation: A time for the teacher to teach the lesson and for the administrator to record the series of events during the lesson.

11. 3. Data Analysis & Strategy: A time for both parties to make sense of the data and to prepare for the post-conference.
