Teaching Suggestion for geography

1. Having students observe and analyze the water that comes to their school. Observe and draw bodies of waters

2. World Map Drawing in 30 seconds. (start with circles or triangles) and practice!!!!

3. Talking about weather reports everyday, and have student chart the forecast, and compare and contrast seasons.

4. Using children literature and picture books to teach the fundamentals of geography.

5. creating brochures about your neighborhood or school for new students to use.

6. Using google Earth , zoom areas and have students recreate maps with clay.
