1. Consequences-

1.1. 1. Complain- Complaining about the food would benefit you the most not having to eat the food however, it would affect others and your image a lot. It would make you seem rude and it could be insultive.

1.2. 2. Eat it anyways- Although eating it would be painful for you it would tell others that you are a polite and considerate. You would be successful at showing others you are positive.

1.3. 3. Politely turn down the food- Your last option would be to refuse the food but in a considerate way. This option would be better than complaining but it may come off as being rude. Or it could show you are respectful.

2. Identify

2.1. Physical- 1 and 3 would be bad for your physical health because you would be hungry and have no energy to function.

2.2. Social- Option 2 or 3 would be the best for your social wellness because it would show your friends you are socially aware and so you would have more friends.

2.3. Mental- Option 1 would be the worst for your mental health because you would be negative and probably stressed out.

2.4. -I want people to think of me as a polite and nice person - I don't want to be rude or ruin the dinner.

5.1. When the food comes to me I would eat it anyways and join the conversation, keeping my comments of the food to myself.

5.2. Or when the food comes I could decide to not eat it. I would be polite though again keeping my thoughts about it to myself and if my friends asked I would tell them I wasn't hungry or something and I wouldn't let this trouble get into the way of the night.

6. Evaluate

6.1. Looking back I am glad I was able to handle the situation in an appropriate way that minimised any problems. I learned that sometimes you have to make these choices that could add to your reputation so you should take them seriously. It's important to look at perspective as well.
