1. Explore the Alternatives: Fight them, tell an adult, cry

2. Consider the Consequences: Beat him up and get in trouble, get help from a teacher or counselor, or keep getting bullied

3. Identify Your Values: Dignity, physical health, mental and emotional health

4. Decide and Act: Tell an adult, you might be able to keep it a secret that you snitched, so you won't be teased or bullied even more. Also, you don't result in serious injury to anyone, and no suspensions or expulsions will take place.

5. Evaluate the Results: No one knows that you snitched, and the bully does not bully you anymore, while no one is injured. All problems are eliminated non physically.
