Define the problem: There is a lot of homework, and I'm not getting extremely stressed. My mental well being is going down. by Mind Map: Define the problem: There is a lot of homework, and I'm not getting extremely stressed. My mental well being is going down.

1. Evaluate Your Decision: I think my decision payed off because I enjoy doing homework much more now, if I could do anything differently it would be to do it with more friends because it's almost impossible to have a friend online the same time as you to do your homework.

2. Decide and Act: The best option for me would be doing the homework with a friend, because I would be socialising and keeping my mental well being high and normal, while my productiveness will stay the same or even improve. It does a lot of things that are good for me and my friend, that can improve our relationship

3. Identify Your Values: 1: It would be much more relaxing but I would feel guilty while watching TV 2: I would want to learn more and I wouldn't be that interested 3: This would be good but I just don't want to rely on someone else to be online to do homework with.

4. Explore the options: Take a 20 minute break with TV and feel better after, do the bare minimum of work and not learn that much, do the homework with a friend so I can socialise and be productive at the same time

5. Consider the Consequences: 1: I don't have as much time to do my homework 2: I wouldn't get the full learning experience that could be achieved 3: May not be as productive since I'm talking with a friend.
