4.2. Jesus was born in Bethlehem, but he lived in Jerusalem for most of his adult life. He was crucified on the outskirts of Jerusalem by Roman soldiers.
5. Where Did It Spread and Why?
5.1. Christianity spread to Rome, where it was eventually adopted as the official religion. The Crusades also forcefully brought the religion to different countries.

7. Origins/Founder
7.1. -Developed from Judaism
7.2. A small number of Jewish people began following a man named Jesus who they believed was the Messiah. (They believed that he was their savior and the Son of God.)
7.3. -Began in the Middle East; Jesus was born in Bethlehem, and lived in Jerusalem.
7.4. After Jesus' supposed death and resurrection, a greater number of people began following him and spreading the word of his teachings.
