1.2. Thesis - The Fyre Festival was a failure due to a series of cumulative events: incompetence of organizers, over-hyping generated by influencers on social media, lack of infrastructure.

3.1.1. Obvious: Organizers admitting their failure and cancelling the event prior to the set date.

3.1.3. Having a backup plan in case of an unpredicted event. (They knew it wasn't happening).

3.2.1. Better organization.
3.2.2. Not advising people on how they should act financially during a trip.
3.2.3. Hiring an external company for the logistics and organization, out-sourcing.

4.1. Incompetent organizers
4.1.1. Organizers also recommended people not to bring cash money. A very illogical advise that worsened the chaos.
4.2. Too much vague hype: sub-celebrities, influencers, models.
4.3. Bad logistics.
4.3.1. People were stranded, airplane was crowded.
4.3.2. Food scarcity or bad quality.
4.4. Neglecting guest's health.
4.4.1. People were vomiting, others having panic attacks.
