1. victim : Brianna, 5 months old

1.1. The autopsy concluded that Baby Brianna died from cranial cerebral injuries.

2.1. slapped, punched, kicked, pinch, thrown, raped

2.1.1. When Brianna would cry at the pain that was inflicted on her, her abusers would laugh and stuff her mouth with clothing to muffle her screams

3. survive for 153 days

4. Victim's mother would bite and pinch Brianna when she got frustrated by the crying,

4.1. most part, it was the infant’s father and uncle who tormented Brianna while Stephanie (Brianna's mother) sat back and ignored her daughter’s cries

5. No evidence were found to indicate she enjoyed one moment of her life

5.1. Not even a photo of Brianna's or a toy was found at the house

6. Brianna’s family and relatives didn’t put a penny towards the child’s funeral, burial and grave-stone

6.1. The community claimed Brianna's body instead of her family
