1. What?
1.1. On December 1, 1955 In Montgomery in 1955, Rosa Parks boarded the city bus after long day at work in the first section of the African American section ( " The Black Section") when the bus started to fill up with the white people the bus driver told her and a few other African Americans to move back in the bus. The other African Americans moved but Rosa Parks refused to move from her seat so the bus driver told her to get off the bus. She was also arrested on the spot.
2. When?
2.1. On December 1 , 1955 Rosa Parka was arrested for not giving up her seat.
2.2. December 5,1955 Rosa Parks was found guilty and was fined 10 $ and 4 $ for the court fee.
2.3. On November 13, 1956, the Supreme Court ruled that bus segregation was unconstitutional. The boycott ended December 20th
3. How she changed the world
3.1. She changes the world because now we do not have any different rules for different color or different nationality like we can all go to the same school and we can sit next to anyone no matter what color your skin is. She also gave women some back bone and showed how women can make a change also.

5. Why is she important.
5.1. She raised awareness to the Southern part of America that the African American are not getting treated fairly.
5.2. She helped bring the African American people in the South to national attention on how poorly they were getting treated.

6.1. When Rosa Parks past away on October 24, 2005, she became the first woman in the nation’s history to lie in state at the U.S. Capitol.
