1. Administrative Assistant, Video Production and Receptionist

2.5. Working with the Client Management team to ensure all priority releases are documented for pitching features and promotions

3. Manager, Digital Accounts

3.1. Regularly communicate the status of artist campaigns, new initiatives, and other account activity to the labels and other teams

3.2. Travel with artists to partner showcases, sessions and industry activities

3.3. Manage accounts through relationship cultivation in an effort to grow each account’s business, maximize revenue and exposure for artists.

3.4. Develop market expertise through continuous focus on and knowledge of the competitive and market environment

3.5. Create compelling pitches for artists to excite and engage partners

4. Director, Video Production

4.1. Manage video production calendars.

4.2. Supervise video recording agreements as well as production/director contracts and ensure delivery of all required legal documentation.

4.3. Lead and/or create audiovisual content as required, including but not limited to official video clips, lyric videos, behind-the-scenes content, live sessions, electronic press kits, video IDs, among others.

4.4. Utilize internal and external resources to lead video content creation and delivery, interfacing with various functions including marketing, A&R, business development, etc.

4.5. Negotiate all aspects of video budgets including the artist logistics as well as director and production costs.

5. Creative Director

5.1. Provide guidance and creative leadership on the development of all Masterworks visual assets including video, photography and digital media

5.2. Must bring an established network of creative talent to employ including photographers, illustrators, videographers, art directors, writers, editors, etc., while adding new contacts on an ongoing basis

5.3. Partner with A&R leadership and Executive leadership at Masterworks to recognize short-term and long-term goals of the label

5.4. Ability to lead creative discussions with artists and artist management, as well as label personnel, in the service of synthesizing ideas into written creative briefs

5.5. Maximize creative budgets through innovative marketing practices, showing a willingness to think outside the box
