GOAL SETTING

1. PHYSICAL
1.1. I want to be able to workout at least 3 times a week
1.2. get at least 8 hours of sleep each night a week
1.3. morning jogs Monday-Friday
2. SPIRITUAL
2.1. meditate at least 30 minutes a day
2.2. attend church every sunday morning
2.3. attend bible study every other Wednesday night
3. INTELLECTUAL
3.1. 3 hours of homework time including 10 minute breaks within each hour everyday
3.2. go to tutoring twice a week
3.2.1. attend tutoring the day before an exam
