Your job: SEO / SEM, test, optimize and analyze, do innovative marketing campaigns, test some more, set performance metrics, and make those metrics go up!


  • Fantastic natural marketer, great product sense, self-motivated, ambitious, detail-oriented, organized, and excited about doing things quickly
  • Fast learner, doesn't need a lot of supervision, adapts quickly
  • Impeccable writing and a flair for copy
  • Familiar with modern growth tools: Amplitude,, Optimizely, Intercom etc. and can introduce us to even better ones
  • You love PR, SEO, SEM, SEA, CPA, CPM & PPC and funnel optimization
  • Enough HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up your own tests
  • Additional programming skills (Ruby on Rails, jQuery, ...) are a huge plus!
  • Some more adjectives: Scrappy. Entrepreneurial. Analytical & data driven. You love to take on projects and make them your own
