1.1. Twitter- MA - microblogging app (also accessible as web tool) used for quick 140 or less character messages for updates, tag identification, pep talk, and district notifications.

1.1.1. Remind - MA - notification system to push out updates, cancellations, emergency notifications, practice reminders, district messaging, and, deadlines.

1.1.1.1. TeamSnap - MA - team management program maintains schedules, receive payments, contact athletes, parents and fans in instant email or text; players can rsvp to practice and track attendance.

1.1.1.2. Google Voice - WT - forward calls from school number to personal number without releasing personal number; receive voice mails on personal device while attending games, practices or camps away from the district office phone. (also mobile app)

1.1.1.2.1. GameChanger - MA- live or played game, play-by-play to keep fans updated whether they are in the stands or not; great for fan base (grandparents) who cannot make it to the game; images are played out in digital animations with titles and descriptions with voice option.

2. Video/Photo Access: "Game Film"

2.1. Instagram - MA - used to post pictures, videos, track team stories requiring very little data for mobile devices; may be used to post team "stories" for team followers and may be used as team upload for photos and sharing.

2.1.1. Photobucket - MA - allows for image storage and organization with easy access to make photos quickly available for media feeds, newsletters, and college contact regarding athletes and performance.

2.1.1.1. Coach Cam - WT - makes the process of analyzing match performance simple and easy by allowing you to create an analysis video, which can then be either watched instantly during training or sent to the athlete (fellow coach) to view after a match.

2.1.1.1.1. Hudl - WT- film analysis tool which may be used with simple to use technology like tablets and phone; create a library of videos with voiceovers for game discussion if coach is unavailable.

3. Sharing/Organization: "Play Book"

3.1. CoachNote - MA - used for creating sports drills, strategies and tactics, all from an iOS device; easy to create complex plays and strategies with tools for drawing lines in multiple colors to explain what's going on.

3.1.1. League Manager - MA (SportsTables) - organization tool for leagues and tournaments which help create the league (conference) template and push out updates to league (conference) members regarding schedules, officials and other necessary notifications for seasons, leagues and tournaments.
