1.1. Participants: about 22 people engaged in the design and development of digital learning services (editors, instructional designers, project managers, tutors, system administrators, web developers). People are divided into pairs and are asked to answer a question related to a specific weblink

2.1. 4. VOTING. Each workgroup votes the best presentation. This time the winner is: project-based courses on Coursera

3. PROLOGUE
