5.3.2.5. Part of an integrated project register for all risks, actions, decisions, assumptions, issues, lessons etc.

5.3.3.1. The status indicates whether action has been taken

5.3.3.2. Lessons are uniquely identified, including to which product they refer

5.3.3.3. A process is defined by which the Lessons Log is to be updated
