2. Taekwondo has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics. The marital art is constantly growing making improvements through its unique activities. Although, the sport itself has been around for centuries Taekwondo is still a relatively unfamiliar sport.

4. Physical Benefits

4.1. Taekwondo warm ups include kicking drills that help develop flexibility and stamina. Practicing with the arms and the legs builds balance and coordination. As a result of consistent training, most children become significantly stronger in a relatively short period of time. Taekwondo is an excellent form of exercise because it makes thorough use of the entire body.
