1. Behavioral Assessment System for Children (BASC)

1.1. evaluating behaviour and self-perception of children ages 2 years 6 months to 18 years

1.2. includes teacher (TRS) and parent (PRS) rating scales, a self-report of personality (SRP), a structured developmental history (SDH) and a student observation system (SOS).

1.3. used by: psychologists, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and school psychologists as well as other clinical disciplines.

2. Vineland Adaptive Behavioural Scale

2.1. can be used to help diagnose and evaluate the special needs of students

2.2. measures five domains. These are the Communication, Daily Living Skills, Socialization, Motor Skills, and Maladaptive Behavior domains.

3. Multidimensional Anxiety Scale for Children (MASC)

3.1. Ages 8-19

3.2. Administration Time: 15 minutes; 5 minute for MASC-10

3.3. users of the instrument include psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, physicians, counselors, teachers, and pediatric nurses

3.4. The MASC consists of 39 items distributed across four basic scales (Physical Symptoms, Harm Avoidance, Social Anxiety, and Separation/ Panic.
