5. Get on a random train

5.1. Logistics: - Go to Flinders Street Station / Southern Cross Station / Melbourne Central - Roll a dice based on the number of platforms (excluding V line) - Go there, catch a train - Look up where train is going so you don't get unintentionally lost. we're only looking for an intentional feeling of displacement here - Get off somewhere cool looking or somewhere that looks insanely boring - Walk - take photos, don't be shy of the unfamiliar environment, if I am, I will probably end up sticking close to the station. go back another time or with someone else if really necessary. be aware that if im not in the mood when i take them, i will associate that with them later, don't ruin a potential location cos your not feeling it. - Find way home - preferably via train - review images, note the lack of anything you're happy with. - listen to chosen song and review images once more - *sigh* - drink five coffees - head in hands - procrastinate - procrastinate - procrastinate - look at self in mirror - be dissapointed in self - procrastinate - start again - ask a friend to come with - get a no - *sigh* - ... - start again

5.1.1. Visuals: - slightly washed out, a crisp, plain film look - think overcast days - a little de-saturated - skies toward the aqua/greenish hue - bold yellows, muted greens (get this right!), muted and saturated reds and blues - square - looking directly on - plain, observational - candid? if you can use that about buildings Inspirations: - Rinko Kawauchi's Utatane - Cattherine Hyland - Universal Experience (!!!!!!!) - 'Wait-And-See Pudding with Patience Sauce' -
