1.3.1. From a 21st Century learning perspective, more effective student learning outcomes are enabled when constructivist ideologies encompass technology and content through collaborative inquiry based learning. Hence, there are a range of complex processes here, such as students connecting, communicating, collaborating, validating, publishing, propagating, innovating, and inspiring.
