5. Twitter is a busy bar on a Friday night. Everyone is yelling at each other, and you can't have anything but a short conversation. It's easy to jump into the conversations of others, or simply step back and observe what they're talking about. (idea borrowed from online resources)

6. Facebook is a quiet coffee shop. It's easy to sit down and have detailed conversations without being interrupted by constant interjections from others.
