1.2. Why: To ensure that school environment reflects students' cultural heritage.

1.3. What: Reflect cultural diversity in curriculum and teaching and integrate this into daily practice.

1.4. Where: Homeroom, ELL classroom

1.6. How: Hire/ develop instructional staff and leadership that reflect diversity and language of student population. Also, by providing primary language instruction during school day and extended learning

2. 2.Parent Engagement

2.1. Who: Parents, teachers, students

2.2. Why: To provide families with education about ways to support their children's success in school.

2.3. What: Engage ELL families in supporting their children's learning at school.

2.4. Where: School

2.5. When: During school time and after school.

2.6. How: By promoting access points for culturally diverse families to have voice or influence in schools and early learning setting.

3.2. Why: To create clear definition of ELL subcategory and process of typology data collection to differentiate instruction.

3.4. Where: School

3.5. When: Twice a year

3.6. How: By using appropriate assessments to determine needs of the students.

4.1. Who: HR teacher, ELL teacher

4.2. Why: To accommodate the needs of the ELL students and immerse them in as many experiences to build the foundation of their vocabulary.

4.3. What: Awareness of the needs of the second language learners at school.

4.4. Where: Homeroom, ELL room , Specials

4.6. How: By incorporating their culture into lessons taught and training all teachers to instruct all ELL learners.

5.2. Why: In order to bring the ELL students from their quiet zone and out of their shell.

5.3. What: Provide students the opportunity to comprehend and demonstrate their learning of the concepts.

5.6. How: By team building exercise, providing classroom as a safe environment, lunch dates small group of students.
