Can I collaborate with someone outside my team or company?

Yes. With MeisterNote Pro, Business and Enterprise, you can invite external partners or clients to notes via email. You can also "un-share" your notes in MeisterNote. On Business and Enterprise, Note Admins can set View, Comment and Edit permissions for each collaborator.

Where are your servers located?

The MeisterNote servers are located in an ISO-certified data center in Frankfurt, Germany. We provide 99.9% service uptime for our paid accounts. Read more about security.

Are updates included?

Yes, updates for existing features are included in the price. New features are sometimes added as part of a more advanced plan, such as our Business version.

Is it possible to switch to another plan after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to another plan anytime. All options are available in your account settings.

Which payment methods do you accept?
