4.2.1. The approach to teaching is the same as it was over a hundred years ago with unneccesary classes and practices that are a waste of taxpayer money and students time in school.

4.4.1. Americans only graduate a miniscule number of people in science and engineering, compared to India and China who graduate multitudes of students in these fields every year.

5.5.1. A massive world flattener occured from a relationship between two countries; America and India. The PC, the internet, and fiber-optic cable formed outsourcing.

5.6.1. Offshoring is a leading cause of globalizion because it is sending jobs and things to be created abroad. then these items are sent back to the US thus globalization.

5.7.1. Insourcing fits into globalization because it's outsourcing from the opposite perspective. A company will hire experts to train people in a certain department to do more tasks. When Nissan, for example, builds a plant in America to build its cars, the Japanese see this as outsourcing, but to Americans, this is considered insourcing.

5.8.1. Wireless devices in the world today have become increasing more efficient and accesisble to almost everyone. Wireless devices like cellphones and laptops and others are now more used than ever which is causing or help causing the wold to becomes by intergrating everyone all over the world into a conversation by just the click of a button or just the tap of a key. In the world you can get wireless service anywhere, anyplace, anytime.
