2.1.3. Terms of payment

2.1.3.1. All bills must be paid at the start of term. Larger bills may be paid in instalments by arrangement.

2.1.3.2. To avoid the situation of getting behind on bills, students must bring £10 per class towards the bill (unless by special arrangement), until the bill is paid in full

2.1.3.3. Members who miss a class for any reason are welcome to attend another class instead that week. This may be the same class on a different day, or something different (please check first that the class is the right level)

2.1.4. Notice required

2.1.4.1. If you leave Sherborne Dance Academy for any reason, you will be charged a week's notice. (Unlike most schools where you would be charged a term's notice). Please do not leave without giving notice - you will still be charged for classes. No refunds will be given for payments already made. As much notice as possible is much appreciated.

6. Gifts/Uniform

6.1. Gifts

6.1.1. Any items that you would like from Dancing In The Street can be purchased at a reduced price through Sherborne Dance Academy.

6.1.1.1. Please send a request including:

6.1.1.1.1. Full description (colour/size etc) of the item(s)

6.1.1.1.2. Price quoted on the website including postage

6.1.1.1.3. Date when you need your items by (eg if it's for a birthday)

6.2. Uniform

6.2.1. In order to ensure correct uniform and fit, please purchase from the academy

6.2.1.1. All uniform is supplied at competitive prices

6.2.1.2. A range of other dance wear and accessories such as ballet bags is available on request (as specified in the Gifts section above)

6.2.2. Jewellery and valuables

6.2.2.1. No jewellery is allowed in class for safety reasons

6.2.2.2. Earrings that cannot be removed must be covered with tape/plasters

6.2.2.3. Valuables may be brought into class for safe keeping

6.2.3. Hair

6.2.3.1. Hair must be back off the face such that it cannot get into the eyes

6.2.3.2. Hair must be in a bun for ballet if long enough

6.2.4. No outdoor shoes in the studio at any time

6.2.4.1. Do not wear your dance shoes outside

6.2.5. Please put your name in all items (biro on the label or inside shoes seems to work well).

6.2.5.1. Check lost property if you misplace anything (box in changing room

6.2.5.1.1. there are all sorts of things in there, and they will be going to a charity shop soon!
