2. Human Resources

2.1. Builds, develops and maintain strong collaborative, consultative working relationships with management and employees across multiple business units to deliver value-added HR services.

2.2. Addresses employee concerns and manages employee relations issues; counsel employees and proactively facilitate conflict resolution between employees, escalating issues as appropriate.

2.3. Coaches and counsel’s employees on performance, career development and advancement.

3.4. Work with the marketing team to create innovative content marketing plans.

3.5. Develop and maintain communication with a variety of local and international stakeholders and artists.

4. Marketing & Digital Media

4.1. Develop digital marketing timelines & campaign strategies to successfully grow music streams, downloads, video views, social media engagement, and an overall digital creative vision for superstar, established and emerging artists on Republic and its associated labels

4.2. Construct & maintain engaged fan communities and build email marketing lists, while measuring results effectively & identifying points that need improvement or adjustment

4.3. Provide ideas & strategy for online contesting & sweepstakes, partnerships with social media organizations, and new online content that is optimized for all distribution networks & delivers on identified goals

4.4. Assist with the creation, build, and editing of online properties where applicable (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, official website and other sites appropriate to artists and label)

4.5. Compile editorial calendars for content management purposes across online properties

5. Legal

5.1. Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts

5.2. Assisting on M&A deals globally (managing both local counsel and colleagues)

5.3. Assisting with competition law issues arising across the business, e.g. in relation to M&A activity, and advising on regulatory and other compliance matters

5.4. Negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements
