10.2.1. if a customer gets excellent customer service then they're more than likely to come back - the customers should be treated as well as possible, members of staff should be polite, helpful and respectful. this also applies to online - make sure the contact system is fast and appropriate

11.2. high street businesses cannot lower their prices to the prices that online sites have them such as ebay and amazon so people would just go online and order them for cheaper

11.3. it is easier for people to find things online than it is on the high street for example if you're trying to find something on the high street you may need to go around multiple different shops to try and find it whereas online all they would have to do is simply search what they're looking for and it'll come up instantly
