1.1. The proposed tutorial is a Severe Crisis Management training for Teachers who interact with behavioral students on a daily basis.
1.2. This tutorial will provide deesculating stratigies, Physical interactions, and crisis interventions.
1.3. The purpose of this training is to provide Teachers with the necessary skills to meet safety standardards and ensure school safety.

4.1.1. Teachers will complete the Severe Crisis Management Training to comply with safety standards and become legally certified.
4.2. Objectives
4.2.1. 1. Complete entire training with 80% Accuracy.
4.2.2. 2. Meet safety standards by demonstrating deescualtiong skills with 90% accuracy
4.2.3. 3. Obtain certification by passing final exam with no less than 80% accuracy.

5.2. Video-Role Play
5.2.1. This will all particpants to practice handling scenariors that will be similar to those on the certification test.
5.3. Physical Restraint practice
5.3.1. This wiil demonstrate restraining postions and ask the particpant to physically practice steps.
