1.1. In a state of emergancy, people should work together to get rid of the emergancy, be it fire, a robbery or a war, every citizen should be given training, for example, self-defence, cooking, Firing a weapon.
2. The role of young people
2.1. Young people should be given training aside from school so they could be more useful for the country at an early stage. Also this training could someday save their lives. By training I mean, anything, be it military, shop keeping, carrying boxes, secretary.
3. God/Blessings
3.1. We should have more than 1 god, because of the multi cultural Estonia. So believers can belive in anything they want and non-believers don't have to.
4. Role of old people
4.1. Old people who have life experience, should teahc others about their mistakes, successes, things they did right and wrong, so people can learn from their successes or failures, that will also give them a place nowadays. It will help the younglings and help the old from boredom.
5. Homeless
5.1. People without homes or jobs should be given a job and maybe a dedicated block for them, a single house should maybe hold 2 - 3 singles, or 2 separate families. ( depending on the family size of course.) People who can pay for their block after getting a job will pay (A maximum of 100 euros) if they still can't pay they don't have to.
5.2. Homeless people should also have a cheap computer/TV so they can keep up with the news
6. Internet access
6.1. Everyone has to be able to use the internet, Estonia will embrace the future and new generation.
7. Equality
7.1. Gender/race equality is important, you can serve up to a day, for proven racist/gender complaints.(This also applies to females)
8. Freedom
8.1. A persons freedom ends, where another ones begins (racist remarks,Gender remarks will not be tolerated).Everyone has a right to freedom.
9. Immigrants
9.1. Immigrants who come here to live off of the government while not doing anything will not be tolerated, they will be given a job and education if it's missing, and if they decline and still sit around while doing nothing will be thrown out.
10. Citizens outside of Estonia
10.1. Who haven't been through training will have 2 choices, to come back to Estonia and go through the training or cut ties with Estonia, people who have gone through training will have to come back at the time of war to support Estonia.
10.2. People who are outside of Estonia and will help, will be given protection while outside Estonia. Like when they are in a crime, Estonia will send special lawyers to the rescue and if they've been proven, they will come to Estonian jail or stay in that countries jail.
10.3. Children who have lost their parents will return to Estonia unless they are in someones care.
11. Jail
11.1. Jail is full of criminals who will work for the public, like cleaning duty and such. They will have special trained police(or whatever look after them)so they can make sure they won't do any trouble, and depending on the work they've done, they will get stars for their efford, stars give things, such as better food in jail, or even a sooner release.
