1.6. How: Hire/ develop instructional staff and leadership that reflect diversity and language of student population. Also, by providing primary language instruction during school day and extended learning

2.3. What: Engage ELL families in supporting their children's learning at school.

2.6. How: By promoting access points for culturally diverse families to have voice or influence in schools and early learning setting.

3.2. Why: To create clear definition of ELL subcategory and process of typology data collection to differentiate instruction.

3.6. How: By using appropriate assessments to determine needs of the students.

4.2. Why: To accommodate the needs of the ELL students and immerse them in as many experiences to build the foundation of their vocabulary.
