Pseudoscience is not science

There are several unsubstantiated claims about learning - many are \noversimplifications, like left brain v right brain; learning styles and \ndyslexic favoured fonts. Others may simply be the Hawthorne Effect. By trying something new, higher levels of novelty and engagement result, irrespective of actual effectiveness.
