3.1. The electronic exchange of information

3.2. Appropriate: Students only use digital communication devices when tehy will not unterrupt what is going on in hte school or classrooom

3.3. Inappropriate: students leaving ringers on high volume and keeping their phones on during class.

4. Digital Etiquette

4.1. The stanards of conduct expected by other digital technology users

4.2. Appropriate: When communicating, users learn the rules before becoming involved or using technology

4.3. Inappropriate: Students communicate without checking out the rules or using technology

5. Digital literacy

5.1. The capability to use digital technology and knowing when and how to use it.

5.2. Appropriate: The students use technology in new ways.

5.3. inappropriate: The students are not able to access the resources and meterials at home or away form school.

6. Digital Rights and Responsibilties

6.1. The privileges and freedoms extended to all digital technology users,and behavioral expectations that come with them

6.2. Appropriate:Students cite web sites or other digital media sources when using information for class projects.

6.3. Inappropriate: The students violate AUP when the view it as unfair.

7. Digital Security

7.1. The percution that all technology users must take to guarantee their personal safety and the security of their personal safety and the securty of their network

7.2. Approprate: Students are aware of the dangers of texting people your name and information over the internet.

7.3. Inapproprate:Students dont protect there identiy and informateion

8. Digital Law

8.1. The legal rights and restrictions governing technology use.

8.2. Appropriate: The students dont share copyrighted materials with others.

8.3. Inappropriate:students copy stuff that is copyrighted for there friends.

9. Digital Helth and Wellness

9.1. The elements of physical and psycholgical well-being related to digital technology use.

9.2. Appropriate: students learn about helth and wellness and how it is related to technology.

9.3. Inappropriate: Harmfull and physical effects of technology are ignored by the students.
