1. Analyze

3. Develop

3.1. Phase where things come together. Creation and assembly happen in this phase. Developers work on integration, teams of testers begin their tests, project is reviewed and revised.

3.1.1. 1. Develop instructional materials.

3.1.2. 2. Gather feedback from client, or Subject Matter.

3.1.3. 3. Conduct tests with feedback to allow for revisions.

4. Implement

4.1. Learning is rolled out with a main focus on feedback and enhancement.

4.1.1. 1. Ensure the instructor is properly trained on the materials and understands their roll as instructor.

4.1.2. 2. Ensure learners have access to the technology.

4.1.3. 3. Ensure space for learning is available, along with the materials needed to complete the learning.

4.1.4. 4. Receive feedback from instructors and learners. Fine tune based on feedback.

5. Evaluate

5.1. This phase is used to determine the success in teaching the instructional goal. Any issues who need to be addressed be addressed.

5.1.1. Conduct a formative evaluation, ask questions about the information. Was the information clear, concise?

5.1.2. Conduct a Summative Evaluation by testing and knowledge checks.
