I, ______ acknowledge that this is an agreement of trust and accountability between LeadzEngine, Ali Abbas and myself. By signing this agreement I will commit my time and energy to the leads that are being provided understanding the responsibilities required. Also by signing this agreement you are committing yourself to a minimum standard of a base of 1% minimum conversion ratio. Failure to achieve 1% conversion after a period of time will result in additional coaching, training, or warning.

I confirm that I have completed the training provided to me by LeadzEngine and I understand that if I am behind in the future more than 14 days, I will have to re-take the training in full and all my behind leads will be redistributed to other agents.

If after the training is completed a second time, I fall behind again, I understand I will be removed from the system and all my leads redistributed to other agents except for any leads currently signed and working with me directly.
