This view is used to manage inbound SMS/Text from sellers and those who need responses.

When a new text/sms is received from a seller the view will show a red dot and \"Text Received\" will have a number next to it. This is showing the member how many Property Lead App items are awaiting a response.

The member has two (2) choices regarding the response:

1) Use the \"SMS:\" within the comments box along with content up to 140 characters to respond to the seller. After the comment post, the SMS Status field within the Property Lead App item will update to a status of \"Text Responded To\" clearing out the view from showing items needing a response.

2) If the SMS/text received from the seller is something that doesn\'t need a response, the member should simply click on the SMS Received category button within the Property Lead App item so that it is no longer red. This will clear out the SMS Status view.

Your ultimate goal is to have this view not showing any SMS Received needing a response. The Text Responded To will always show and continue to grow in numbers...this is OK

The task management of SMS/Text received is handled through the Seller - SMS field found in the Configuration App. If the seller already has Property Lead App item and that item has the \"Team Member to Receive Task\" filled, it will override the task management from the Configuration App item.
