7. Relationships between employees affect the success of the company
8. Self-Actualization needs
9. Satisifaction varies with the individual. Due to this, it is the hardest to achieve. A sense of self accomplishment
10. Example: like feeling that they are the best out there, learning new skills, starting a new career after retirement
11. Safety Needs
12. Things that require physical and emotional security
13. Satisfied through job security, health insurance, pension plans, and safe working conditions
14. Example: reducing health care insurance is a threat to employees' need for safety
15. Esteem Needs
16. Our need for respect, recognition, and a sense of out accomplishment and worth (Self-Esteem)
17. Satisfied through personal accomplishment, promotion to more responsible jobs, and various honors and rewards
