Esteem Needs

Our need for respect, recognition, and a sense of out accomplishment and worth (Self-Esteem)

Satisfied through personal accomplishment, promotion to more responsible jobs, and various honors and rewards

Self-Actualization needs

The need to grow and develop and to become all we are capable of being

Satisifaction varies with the individual. Due to this, it is the hardest to achieve. A sense of self accomplishment
