1.2. Insertion - lateral radial tendon
1.3. Innovation- Medial
1.4. Actions- Pronation/ elbow flexion
2. FLEXOR CARPI RADIALIS
2.1. Origin- MEH
2.2. Insertion - bases of 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
2.3. Innervation- Medial
2.4. Actions- Elbow flexion, wrist abduction, wrist flexion
3. Palmaris longus
3.1. Origin- MEH
3.2. Insertion- palmar aponeurosis
3.3. Innervation- medial
3.4. Actions- elbow flexion, wrist flexion, helps tense palm when gripping objects
4. Flexor Carpi Ulnaris
4.1. Origins- MEH posterior head of ulna
4.2. Insertion- pisiform, hamate and base of 5th metacarpal
4.3. Innervation- medial
4.4. Actions- elbow flexion, wrist adduction
5. Flexor Digitorum Superficialous
5.1. Origins- MEH and coronoid process of ulna
5.2. Insertion - digits 2-5 middle phalanges
5.3. Innervation- medial
5.4. Action- flexion of middle phalanges and wrist
6. Flexor Digitorum Profundus
6.1. Origin- Proximal 3/4 of medial and anterior surfaces of ulna and interosseous membrane
6.2. Insertion- distal phalanges 2-5
6.3. Innervation- Ulnar AND Medial
6.4. Action- finger tip flexion
7. Flexor pollicis longus
7.1. Origin- middle 1/2 of radius
7.2. Insertion- distal phalange of 1st digit
7.3. Innervation- medial
7.4. Action- flexion of 1st digit
8. Pronator quadratus
8.1. Origin- medial anterior ulna
8.2. Insertion- lateral anterior radius
8.3. Innervation- medial
8.4. Action- rotates forearm / keeps distance between ulna and radius
