we are part of building the city in the city and other aspects of the mars hill mission. Our work is very key aspect of how we engage the culture; that P&P is intentional in how we communicate to the culture and shows leadership in how we speak the language of the culture in regards to promotions.
our work is an expression of our love and devotion to Christ, expressed in this particular aspect of the church body we call promotions.
we should lead others into worship within P&P, providing an outlet for those called to worship with their talents and gifts as they relate to our department.

We should continue to put a premium on quality and innovation. By doing so, I believe that we more accurately reflect the creative, dynamic God in whose image we are created; we offer Him the first fruits of our talent and ideas; we make the most of the gifts He’s given us; and we love our neighbors and brothers by giving them stuff that’s interesting/challenging/engaging to look at or read or click on or whatever.
