1. The aspect interview guest is a very close friend of mine who has dealt with depression and anxiety since childhood and will go into how she manages it, as well as her background in Art Therapy.
1.1. The guest will go into more detail as to how she uses art as a strong coping mechanism for expressing herself and feeling more connected with the world.
2. The interview will begin with the guest announcing her name and briefly explaining what she does for a living.
